Our project focuses on the simple concept of the balance between foods we eat and the amount of exercise we get, while examining the consequences of the balance or imbalance. We call it the 3 E’s approach; Eat Healthy, Exercise and Examination. Implementation of this project relies heavily on the ability of the participants to interact with the monitoring systems to input their exercise, food consumption, and track their progress.
